Sephadex G-50 Superfine

Sephadex G-50 Superfine is a well established gel filtration resin for desalting and buffer exchange of biomolecules >30 000 molecular weight. The Superfine's small bead size give higher efficiency.

Sephadex 是通过将葡聚糖与表氯醇交联制备的凝胶过滤填料。不同类型的 Sephadex 的交联程度不同，因此其溶胀度和分子分离范围也不同。有五种不同的 G 类型，包括用于小分子的 G-10 再到用于大分子的 G-75，Sephadex G-50 是其中之一。Sephadex G-50 有 4 种不同粒径（粗粒、中粒、细粒和超细粒），Superfine 的粒径最小，可通过较短扩散距离实现更高效的分离。对于需要高流速和低操作压力的大规模组分分离，优选粗粒和中粒。
