生化/生理作用

Bretylium tosylate has a biphasic response, initially inducing norepinephrine release followed by sympathetic ganglionic blockade; class III antiarrhythmic agent; competitive inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase.
托西溴苄铵具有双相反应，最初诱导去甲肾上腺素释放，然后是交感神经节阻滞； III类抗心律失常药； 乙酰胆碱酯酶的竞争性抑制剂。
