Biochem/physiol Actions
L-Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid, that play a vital role in the production of nitric oxide. It acts as a precursor for the synthesis of polyamines, agmatine and urea. L-Arginine is usually essential in children and non-essential in adults.[5]一氧化氮合成酶的底物,可转化为瓜氨酸和一氧化氮 (NO)。通过与一氧化氮相关的机理诱导胰岛素释放。
