用于CVD金刚石薄膜生长的DMSO纳米金刚石晶种浆在所得金刚石薄膜中产生高密度的核。

DMSO nanodiamond seeding slurries for CVD diamond film growth create a high density of nuclei in the resulting diamond films. Please see technical Info on the procedure of seeding. ATTENTION: in the winter time the slurry will arrive frozen (freezing point for DMSO is 19 C). This will not influence properties of the seeding slurry. Allow adequate time for the slurry to unfreeze at room temperature, shake and sonicate for few minutes before regular use.
