产品描述

免疫血清经亲和层析纯化出高纯IgG，采用直接标记法，将异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC，绿色荧光）共价交联到抗体IgG分子的赖氨酸基团上，并经纯度、蛋白含量、FITC浓度及效价鉴定，为特异、灵敏和稳定的优质抗体。参考效价：免疫荧光IF：1:50-500，最佳稀释度需根据样本抗原及一抗浓度综合而定。

Application(s)

1、用于细菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋体、钩端螺旋体等微生物的抗原或抗体检查。
2、用于临床自身免疫病的多种自身抗体荧光检查，如抗核抗体，抗心肌抗体等。
3、细胞因子等检查的荧光流式细胞仪测定。
4、白细胞分型抗原的免疫荧光染色。
5、免疫组织及免疫病理中抗原，抗体检查，如各种肿瘤抗原检查。


产品性能：

每支含有0.03%NaN3防腐，IgG蛋白浓度约5mg/mL，FITC浓度约70～80μg/mL，最大吸收峰为495nm，最大发射峰为525nm。工作浓度使用0.01Mol/L pH 7.4 PBS作1：10～1:20稀释使用。稀释后的抗体宜在一周内使用。浓缩液置于-20℃低温冷冻可保存12个月，尽量避免反复冻融。
