RBITC荧光标记抗体采用北实纵横科学公司Anti+专研技术进行标记、提纯、验证。

Application(s)

1、用于细菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋体、钩端螺旋体等微生物的抗原或抗体检查。
2、用于临床自身免疫病的多种自身抗体荧光检查，如抗核抗体，抗心肌抗体等。
3、细胞因子等检查的荧光流式细胞仪测定。
4、白细胞分型抗原的免疫荧光染色。
5、免疫组织及免疫病理中抗原，抗体检查，如各种肿瘤抗原检查。


产品性能：

RBITC标记荧光抗体是将罗丹明B异硫氰酸酯[RBITC, RhBITC]共价交联到抗体IgG的赖氨酸分子上，并经多道纯化验证。含有0.03%NaN3防腐，IgG蛋白浓度约5mg/mL，RBITC约20-40μg/mL。最大吸收波长555nm，最大发射波长为600nm。工作浓度参考使用0.01Mol/L pH7.4 PBS作1：50-1:500稀释使用。稀释后的抗体宜在一周内使用。浓缩液置于-20℃低温冷冻可保存12个月，尽量避免反复冻融。
