说明

应用

用于检测形成吲哚的微生物的液体介质，由于其色氨酸含量高，因此比蛋白胨水更可靠。
胰蛋白胨水主要用于培养和维持大肠杆菌和假单胞菌属等有氧和兼性微生物。
 

制备说明

向15 g中加入1升蒸馏水中。充分混匀，分装至最终的容器中，并在121°C高压灭菌15分钟。
 

其他说明

用于水中大肠杆菌的平板直接计数法
