应用

根据G.Clark（ed.），Staining Procedures，4th edition，Williams＆Wilkins，173（1981）测试染色血涂片。根据Pappenheim的研究，将May-Grünwald溶液用于巴氏染色。

原理

当 Giemsa 染液对血涂片进行染色时，白细胞的细胞核和细胞质将呈现特征性的蓝色或粉红色。使用经纯化的伊红和噻嗪染料可使批间差异最小化。
 

外形

溶于甘油/甲醇5:24（v/v）中的天青B/天青II-伊红/亚甲蓝1：12：2（w/w/w）溶液;染料总含量：0.6％（w/w）
 

重悬

在甲醇中固定10分钟;空气干燥;在Giemasa溶液中沉浸45分钟;用蒸馏水进行冲洗;空气干燥
