BNHS生物素化抗体采用北实纵横科学公司Anti+专研技术进行标记、提纯、验证。

Application(s)

在做western blot或免疫组化时常使用一抗二抗来放大、显示抗原，用酶或荧光标记二抗。生物素化的抗体，是在抗体上连接生物素（biotin），生物素能和亲和素（avitin）特异性高亲和性结合，亲和力是抗原抗体结合的一万倍，而且一个avidin可以结合四个biotin，这样又起到级联放大的作用。所以能更加灵敏的显示微量抗原，这种方法也称亲和免疫组化。


产品性能：

生物素化抗体是经亲和层析纯化成高纯度IgG，将活化生物素：(+)-生物素N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯（BNHS）共价交联到抗体IgG分子上制成。生物素化抗体标记的样品可应用酶标或荧光染料标记的亲和素或生物素-亲和素复合物来检测。本产品0.1mL含有0.2mg抗体，0.01M PBS, 2% BSA, 0.09% NaN3。 参考工作效价： ELISA法：1：500～1000；组织化学：1：50～100；免疫印迹：1：200～500，具体请以产品标签或说明书为准。
