Tris HCl 是一种常用的生物缓冲液。Tris/Tris HCl 作为缓冲系统在生物制药生产、细胞培养、诊断和分子生物学等生物系统中具有非常广泛的用途。Tris 的 pKa 为 7.77，与生理 pH 值 7.36 非常接近。
